CABA & NECINA 2016 Summer Outing - Hopkinton State Park 

Bring your family! Come and enjoy a day with treats and outdoor activities! 
Most of all, come and meet other CABA and NECINA members and friends! 

The first 50 people to register will have a chance to win the following prizes: wine or a smart watch

Please Mark Your Calendar for the Date - August 6 (Saturday) 

As an annual outing event and a perfect relaxing recreation, CABA Summer Outing provides the best opportunity for members to meet, share, play, and network.

Date/Time: August 6, 2016, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

The event would be postponed to the next Saturday after August 6 if it is rainy. 

Where: Hopkinton State Park (Main Area near the Swimming Pond)

Outing Type: CABA provides food, snacks and watermelons. Participants are encouraged to bring your own water, but CABA will also provide some.

Fee:

$15 for Adults/Children 10 and over 10 before August 1

$20 for Adults/Children 10 and over 10 after(including) August 1 and walking in

$ Free for Children under 10

Fist 50 early bird registrants will have the chance to win the following prizes:

Raffle Prizes: Wine or smartwatch, your choice

Activities: Networking, bocce ball, frisbee, volleyball, boating, hiking, field activities including frisbee, lacrosse, softball, and board game. 

Agenda: 

10:00 am - Gathering and registration at the Main Area of Hopkinton State Park

10:00 am - 11:30 am - Warm-up activities (bocce ball, frisbee, volleyball ...) and networking

11:30 am - 12:30 pm - Lunch & Networking

12:30 pm - President Welcome Message & Raffle Announcement

12:45 pm - Meet the CABA EC members

13:30 pm - Summer Outing 2016 group picture

14:00 pm - Field Games in teams

14:30 pm - Free time for other park activities including hiking, boating (Canoes for 2 or 3 or 4 people at $25/hr; Pedal Boats at $25/hr; Row Boat for 4 people at $30/hr; Kayaks for 1 or 2 people at $20/hr.)

16:30 pm - Wrap-up and end of outing day 

Things to bring: Sports gear, running shoes, bathing suits, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, water bottle, foldable lawn chair, umbrella,  towel, camera & YOURSELF!

Parking Fee: $10 per car (carpool recommended) in the Main Area parking lot in the park. 

Gathering Place:  Main Area near Swimming Pond (or Main Beach)
